We came up working every part of the job: hanging board, taping seams, running texture, and scraping ceilings. That means when we quote your project, we already know exactly what it takes to do it right. Yes — every estimate is free and there's no obligation. We come out, measure the space, talk through what you want, and send you a clear written quote, usually within 48 hours.
It depends on scope. A single ceiling repair might be a day; popcorn removal on a whole house runs several days; a full hang-and-finish on a remodel depends on square footage. We'll give you a realistic start and finish date with your quote — and we hit them.
Level 4 is the standard finish for most walls — taped, three coats of mud, sanded smooth, ready for paint. Level 5 adds a thin skim coat over the entire surface, which matters under glossy paint or strong side lighting where every imperfection shows. We'll recommend the right level for your space.
Always. We mask off the area, contain dust as much as possible, and haul our own debris. Drywall work is messy by nature, but we leave your space ready to use, not a disaster to deal with.
